Lol this is a really late entry... But on March 5th 2009 I finally turned 21. Yes the big 2... 1... I was happy to finally tell people at my work place that I was old enough to be able to drink and finally be accepted as an adult at work lol. Haven't gone drinking yet so that's one thing that I'm going to try and do around St. Patty's day if I get a chance lol.

As some people out there know I'm Irish so St. Patty's Day is one of my favorite holidays out there. Yes I also love Halloween, Christmas, Valentines Day (for the chocolate), and the 4th of July. But for some reason on any type of holiday I just have to have some deliciously sweet to make me feel like that day is really a holiday lol. I guess I just got a sweet tooth that just needs to be satisfied.

Well the reasons why I wasn't on DA for awhile or just kind of logging in and logging off is because of these things in my life: 1. I just at the ending of my college class (for Chapman University) and my final presentation, final essay, as well as final test is coming up. I'm not to sure what to expect on the test since our instructor hasn't told us nothing. So coming up next week I'm going to ask her all the questions under the sun. For I demand a good grade in the class so I'll be able to graduate at the end of this year in the fall or winter... Imagine at the end of this year I'll have an associates in Liberal Arts. Sounds good to me. 2. Work has gotten me coming in about every single day... including the weekends... I tell you I love my job... but sometimes it really does take the joy out of my life. 3. A+ Certifications because I got to get my A+ Certification before May of this year. I'm just praying that I get it before May of this year lol. I'm nearly done with the whole course but I still got about 40% to do. I have faith in myself but I get really nervous before the tests all the time lol.

Also I'm having some problems logging onto my myspace... Recently I've been requesting them to send me my password but they never do. So I'm guessing that I actually got to remake my account since for some reason I just can't access it anymore. I hope that I can still pull up my old myspace page and be able to take all of my band groups on my favorites list so that I don't miss out of the band groups that I love to listen to.

Besides that my dad is coming up here at the end of the month. So I'm really excited about that since I haven't seen my dad in two years. Me and my dad are pretty close so it's going to be a blast for me to know that my dad is coming up here to stay around me for awhile. Besides doing his own things since I'm going to be working when he comes up here. But I just hope that things will go accordingly to plan once he arrives.

Other late news is that spring has finally arrived up here in Washington state lol. Which is a good thing for me because, even though I love the snow of winter and the biting coldness. I'm actually able to exercise by running outside more often now instead of being couped up in a room and going out only when you need to for work. I tell you on base it was bad... they wouldn't really let anyone out of our barracks rooms because the snow was so deep. So in other words we could only come out when we had to eat and then we were ordered to go back to our living quarters.

Truthfully on my part, I've only seen snow the last time I was 3 years old and I believe I was either in Penn or West Virginia during that time. But yeah the snow was maybe... a foot high when I was 3. Up here in Washington state it was the snowiest winter in 20 years. And practically everyday for the whole month it was like a foot to 3 feet of snow!!! Talk about a winter wonderland lol. If you wanted to go hibernating, that would have been the best time to cuddle up and sleep for awhile. I mean I loved the snow and everything but being called in to work all the time kind of took out the fun of my whole winter experience. Also the winter pictures that you see was the only break I actually got out of my whole winter season up here in Whidbey Island.

Oh yeah and for the people that asked me about that road that I took pictures of. It is called Oaks Dr or Oaks Road. It is right next to the main high way I guess you could call it that connects to Deception Passes Bridge Road and just continues to Whidbey Island. Trust me just stay on that road and sooner or later when you pass that grill on the side of the road you'll see Oak Road or Oak Dr. in no time. I hope that helps you out in what the name of the road is.

PS.: Also if anyone has any good information about art editing programs for linux that I can either buy or download for free off the net... I would really appreciate it! For at the moment I'm trying to look for something better since I just have recently switched my os from windows xp to linux. I appreciate any of the help or comments that anyone has for me thanks!

yes i just got to say i'm sorry to every friend out there that i haven't replied to in awhile... you see i've been really busy at work and have been put in such a bad mood that i've just been uploading pictures during christmas of last year. and i knew if i started to reply to my friends replies i would yell or bitch at them and i didn't want to be that way. for i believe it's better if a person has a good amount of rest and feels good themselves before they make a comment or say things to friends.

also i'm glad that alot of friend and visitors loved my winter pictures of deception pass! i would like to thank everyone of you who viewed my photographs or faved them. i'm truely honored for this was a rare time of seeing or more like wittnessing snow for me in 20 years. the funny thing is that it didn't snow in whidbey island for 20 years until i moved up here lol. kind of like gods little miracle in granting my prayers for seeing snow and christmas. and yes it was truely a white christmas by what you can tell by my pictures lol.

i still had to work on the christmas break though. however the cool part was the snow was knee high deep for me so it was fun to hide in as well as soft enough to throw snowballs at my friend lol. also if your wondering where deception pass is exactly. it is located in northern washington state just about two hours north of seattle. very gorgeous little island smaller then hawaii where i was born and raised for 16 years. but just nice enough to remind me alot of the state of penn. if any of you live in penn you'll understand by taking a look at the pics of mine. trust me i've lived in pittsburg for awhile and have driven through the country side before.

also when my dad comes up here in march i plan on going hiking with him to take more pictures of the trails and the out of the way places. i got a big plan that i plan on writing up at the moment lol. i just got to buy a bigger memory card for my camera since i plan on taking alot of pictures lol. you thought what i uploaded was alot wait until later. i'll be an uploading maniac lol.

also if any of you friends or visitors would love to learn more about washington state or just want to talk, please feel free to send me a note if you would like to hang out or make plans on visiting up here in christmas of this year. for i wont be leaving this state until next year hopefully. but if i'm lucky... i'll be able to get stationed somewhere else in washington state lol.

however, at the moment i'm just bombarded with work while re-trying to get back on my feet with exercises lol. i mean i got really slim during the holiday break which amazed me greatly. i am now 113 pounds or lbs. which is great because i used to be 116. so just three pounds but hey my goal is 105 lbs.

besides that college classes will be starting for me tomorrow at 4 p.m. and i just can't wait to see how it goes!!! it's going to be my frist time taking college courses in three years. so hopefully i haven't lost any bit of what i learned in hpu (hawaii pacific university) before i joined the navy.

Lol just to let everyone know I just got my hair trimmed again and the new pictures that I have up are at least two weeks old. My hair is alot shorter in the back and my bangs are alot longer. Therefore I'm going to ask my friend to take some pictures of the new me so I can post it up and show everyone how I look like now. I think the improvement is alot better then what it was earlier this month. Also I'm thanking my friend for helping me get a hair cut for I feel alot better as well.

Yes motorcycle classes which is going to be really cool and exciting for me to do! Lol I'm going to be taking them in the month of October from the 10th to the 12th and man I've been waiting to do this for along time. The coolest part about this is that I actually don't have to work during these days that I take my classes which is a good thing since work has been stressing me out recently... Also when I pass this class I'll be able to get my certificate and then get a Washington state drivers license right after that I plan on changing my name. But for now I'm just really excited about my motorcycle classes that will be coming up. Which means I got alot of work and planning to do before I even get to those classes like what to wear, what am I going to do after and before the classes, and make sure that I learn about the motorcycle as fast as I can so I won't have to re-take the class lol. Besides that I'll keep you guys updated on any events or things that will be happening and I'll try and post some new pictures later. However getting the bus routes to deception pass and actually getting there on one of my off days might be a problem... But I'll see what I can do maybe tomorrow or the day after that. Besides that my friends have a great day and I'll post a new journal up later. Peace out!

yes today while i was running around Washington on near a beach that my friend decided to take me today i took a ton of pictures. i'll edit these pictures first if i feel that they need to be edited or not... however if they are good enough i'll post them up as soon as i can. as well as the new edited versions of the pictures that i took in hawaii. now whether or not i'm going to be able to travel to the different islands of hawaii to take pictures for you guys in the future... i'm not to sure now... for at the moment i'm saving up to visit cali and taking pictures there since i'm visiting some old friends of mine there. however so far the islands that i plan on taking pictures of is maui, kauai, and the big island. for my future trip to england that's going to take alot longer then i thought... for right now it's still way to expensive for my budget to travel outside of the us unless i'm going to be stationed in another country right after i'm done with boot camp and a school for the navy. besides that my friends i'll keep in touch and i won't be on deviant on sept 16th since i'll be in bootcamp that day. instead my friend will be posting up my pictures for me since he is going to be watching over my things when i'm gone. besides that i wish you all a wonderful day and a happy labor day! peace out!
